Due to lack of communication between the customers and truck drivers, this emerging platform can be perfect to fill the gap between customers and drivers, so it can eventually eradicate the financial problems

onruto not only favours the skilled drivers but also in favour of People who are suffering to move single/few items/emergency movable goods due to lack of communication/Transportation

Onruto web/app is without expecting any commission from drivers, as the amount offered by customers goes directly into drivers hand

Inside every problem lies an opportunity, the problem which common people and drivers are facing, we tried to create an opportunity in the name of onruto onruto app/ web is providing a platform for moving goods of customers with drivers who are going on specified routes with empty trucks.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOLLOWED BY USERS OR CONSIGNOR OR CONSIGNEE OR PASSENGERS;

onruto is providing platform between users or consignor or consignee and drivers or vehicle owners

Consignor or consignee or user has the right to decide the price of moving goods Drivers expect the base fare, so please decide the price by distance to be travelled along with the item

The Consignor should give Colony address (detailed Address) in booking along with the reasonable price for your moving goods by checking market price of moving goods

For each booking a customer can get up to five requests by drivers, so you can choose one among them for the best deal

Customers have to call requested drivers and have to give all the instructions and provide information regarding pickup and delivery of orders. If you are comfortable with all your commitments then accept driver request
Consignor or consignee needs to record all calls of the driver. It helps for evidence purposes and also take pictures of goods while loading then you have evidence for any miscommunication/damages of product happen between you and driver.

Consignee or Consignor needs to check all legally authorized movable goods then only proceed to load If a driver finds any. single item is smuggled or theft or illegal on consignee or consignor movable goods then driver must refuse that booking

onruto web/app is giving platform between you Or user Or consignor Or consignee and driver, if you are interested to move your goods with the committed driver then only proceed or else you can reject the proposal but onruto web/app is not responsible for any issues that is happening between you and driver

User or consignor or consignee or passenger should be clear with all the charges like toll charges, border passing charges, any other extra charges before confirming the task with the driver

onruto app/ web would not take responsibility regarding payment terms or pricing entered between vehicle owner or driver and consignor or consignee using this app as a platform.

onruto app/web is not responsible for any natural loss, theft, accident, damage, natural calamity or any other similar cause

onruto app/web is not liable for any early pickup, early delivery, late pickup, and late delivery, any waiting charges will be confirmed with the driver or vehicle owner you should pay waiting charges to the driver

If drivers commit any illegal things to consignor of consignee then the company provides all driver personal details to those consignor or consignee for legal proceedings.

Consignor or consignee use the service to ship items at your own risk and agree that onruto web/app shall no liability for any shipped items,

Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or related to use or misuse of the services due to technical fault/error or any failure in network or any error in any software services

You are solely responsible for any and all liability, which results or is alleged as a result of such shipped items, including, but not limited to, property damage

Customers should not ask the driver to break any Traffic/RTO/City Police and/or government rules for any purpose The driver has the right to refuse such a request by the customer. The driver also has the right to refuse such a pick-up

Pressunzing the driver to overload truck with the consignment than the allowed limit is not a safe move for both driver and consignee or user

Consignors are prescribed to take insurance about moving goods which are highly valuable, it would be safe if something unwanted happens

In case of lost items inside the onruto web/app during the journey, onruto web/app will try to locate the items on a “best-efforts to locate your goods but the company is not responsible for your goods loss or theft or damage to the same.

onruto web/app reserves all rights to add, delete, modify, alter, update, etc From time to time, any or all features and services offered, which are existing/may be maintained anytime in future

User or consigner or consignee or passenger must give all instructions about route difficulties and vehicle passing on your route pickup and delivery or drop locations to drivers, if driver is ok with all the route commitments then only accept the driver request.

You further understand and agree that you are solely responsible for making your own evaluations, decisions and assessments about choosing a driver. You agree to assume all risks and you agree to expressly release, indemnify and hold harmless onruto web/app from any and all loss, liability, damage, or costs arising or in any way related to the services

You will at all times

 (a) comply with this Agreement (including all Policies) and all applicable laws and regulations,

(b) only post accurate information on the onruto Platform,

(c) ensure that You are aware of any laws that apply to You as a consignee or consignor, or in relation to using the onruto Platform

You agree that any content (whether provided by onruto, a User or a third party) on the onruto Platform may not be used on third party sites or for other business purposes without onruto’s prior permission
You must not use the onruto Platform for any illegal or immoral purpose. You must have control of your onruto account at all times.

You agree that any information posted on the onruto Platform must not, in any way whatsoever, be potentially or actually harmful to onruto or any other person. Harm includes, but is not limited to, economic loss that will or may be suffered by onruto

Without limiting any provision of this Agreement, any information you supply to onruto or publish in an Offer or a Posted booking (including as part of an Offer) must be up to date and kept up to date and must not

(a) be false, inaccurate or misleading or deceptive,

(b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items,

(c) violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation

(including, but not limited to, those governing export and import control, consumer protection, unfair competition, criminal law, antidiscrimination and trade practices/fair trading laws),

(d) be obscene or contain any material that, in onruto is sole and absolute discretion, is in any way inappropriate or unlawful, including, but not limited to obscene, inappropriate or unlawful images, or

onruto Platform may from time to time engage location-based or map-based functionality. The onruto Platform may display the location of consignee and consignor to persons browsing the onruto Platform A User should never disclose personal details such as the Poster’s full name, street number, phone number or email address in a Posted booking or in any other public communication on the onruto Platform

onruto advises consignors not to agree to incur costs in advance of receiving the payment for these costs, unless the consignor is confident the driver will reimburse the costs promptly.
If onruto determines at its sole discretion that You have breached any obligation or that You have breached one or more booking Contracts, it reserves the rights to remove any content, Posted booking or Offer You have submitted to the onruto Service or cancel or suspend Your account and/or any Task Contracts.

Amendments To Terms

onruto web/app may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically
